Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS

All items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

We only accept returns in the event of a defect or damage to the product. If your order is delivered with a defect or is damaged, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photographic proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for items that are too small or too large. We provide detailed size information, and it is the customer’s responsibility to measure before making a purchase.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The return must be received by ugofan.com within 7 days of receiving the purchase.
  2. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  3. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $5.00 per package.
  4. You must notify us before returning any items. Please message us with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. Do not ship a product back without prior approval. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning items. The refund will be issued for the item total minus the $5.00 restocking fee. You can always contact us for any return questions via [email protected]. Our customer service team is available to assist you with any concerns you may have.

REFUNDS

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Once we receive the returned item, ugofan.com will credit the customer’s account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. We will not refund any customer whose order was not received due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, unless the order is classified as undeliverable and returned to ugofan.com. In the case of a missing package for orders placed in the United States, we will offer a refund or send a new package if the original package was never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. You must contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please contact us first for approval. Once the return is approved, print out your email invoice and include it with the item you are returning. Write on the invoice what you would like to exchange. After we receive the item, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.
